အမည်ပျက်စာရင်းကြေညာခြင်း #MONREC #NUG ၁။ အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ၊ သယံဇာတနှင့် သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာနသည် ၁၇.၉.၂၀၂၃ ရက်စွဲပါ အမိန့်ကြော်ငြာစာအမှတ် ( ၂ / ၂၀၂၃ ) ထုတ်ပြန်၍ အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီ၏ တရားဝင်မှုနှင့် အခွန် သို့မဟုတ် အကျိုးအမြတ် စသည်တို့အပေါ် တနည်းတလမ်းအားဖြင့် အကျိုးပြုနေသည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကျောက်မျက်ရတနာလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များအသင်း (Myanmar Gems and Jewellery Entrepreneurs Association) နှင့်တကွ လက်အောက်ခံ အသင်းခွဲများအား ဖွဲ့စည်းပုံနှင့်တကွ ဖျက်သိမ်းခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်သည်။ ၂။ ဤအမိန့် ထုတ်ပြန်ပြီးနောက် အဆိုပါအသင်းနှင့် လက်အောက်ခံအသင်းခွဲများတွင် ဆက်လက် ပါဝင်လုပ်ကိုင်နေခြင်း၊ ပူး‌ပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နေခြင်း၊ ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှုနှင့် ဘဏ္ဍာငွေများကို ဆက်လက်သုံးစွဲနေခြင်း၊ အသင်း၏ အမည်ဖြင့် ဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နေသော လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ၊ ဝန်ထမ်းများ စသူတို့အား အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီအပေါ် ထောက်ပံ့ကူညီနေသူများအဖြစ် တည်ဆဲဥပဒေ၊ နည်းဥပဒေများနှင့်အညီ အရေးယူသွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကြေညာပြီး လည်း ဖြစ်သည်။ ၃။ ဤအမိန့်ကို လိုက်နာခြင်းမရှိဘဲ အဆိုပါအသင်းအဖွဲ့များတွင် ဆက်လက်ပါဝင်လုပ်ကိုင်နေ သော ပူးတွဲစာရင်းပါ လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များကို အမည်ပျက်လုပ်ငန်းရှင်စာရင်း ထည့်သွင်းလိုက်သည်။ ဆက်လက် ပါဝင်လုပ်ကိုင်နေပါက လိုအပ်သလို အဆင့်ဆင့် ဆက်လက်အရေးယူသွားမည်လည်း ဖြစ်သည်။ ၄။ ပူးတွဲပါစာရင်းတွင် မပါဝင်သေးသော အဆိုပါအဖွဲ့အစည်းအသီးသီး၏ ဗဟိုအလုပ်အမှုဆောင် များ၊ အလုပ်အမှုဆောင်များသည်လည်း ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်နေပါက အမည်ပျက်လုပ်ငန်းရှင်စာရင်းတွင် ထည့်သွင်းအရေးယူသွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ သယံဇာတနှင့်သဘာဝပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ထိန်းသိမ်းရေးဝန်ကြီးဌာန အမျိုးသားညီညွတ်ရေးအစိုးရ ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာချက် (၃/၂၀၂၃)

၂။ ဤအမိန့် ထုတ်ပြန်ပြီးနောက် အဆိုပါအသင်းနှင့် လက်အောက်ခံအသင်းခွဲများတွင် ဆက်လက် ပါဝင်လုပ်ကိုင်နေခြင်း၊ ပူး‌ပေါင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နေခြင်း၊ ပိုင်ဆိုင်မှုနှင့် ဘဏ္ဍာငွေများကို ဆက်လက်သုံးစွဲနေခြင်း၊ အသင်း၏ အမည်ဖြင့် ဆက်လက်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နေသော လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များ၊ ဝန်ထမ်းများ စသူတို့အား အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်ကောင်စီအပေါ် ထောက်ပံ့ကူညီနေသူများအဖြစ် တည်ဆဲဥပဒေ၊ နည်းဥပဒေများနှင့်အညီ အရေးယူသွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကြေညာပြီး လည်း ဖြစ်သည်။

၃။ ဤအမိန့်ကို လိုက်နာခြင်းမရှိဘဲ အဆိုပါအသင်းအဖွဲ့များတွင် ဆက်လက်ပါဝင်လုပ်ကိုင်နေ သော ပူးတွဲစာရင်းပါ လုပ်ငန်းရှင်များကို အမည်ပျက်လုပ်ငန်းရှင်စာရင်း ထည့်သွင်းလိုက်သည်။ ဆက်လက် ပါဝင်လုပ်ကိုင်နေပါက လိုအပ်သလို အဆင့်ဆင့် ဆက်လက်အရေးယူသွားမည်လည်း ဖြစ်သည်။

၄။ ပူးတွဲပါစာရင်းတွင် မပါဝင်သေးသော အဆိုပါအဖွဲ့အစည်းအသီးသီး၏ ဗဟိုအလုပ်အမှုဆောင် များ၊ အလုပ်အမှုဆောင်များသည်လည်း ဆက်လက်လုပ်ဆောင်နေပါက အမည်ပျက်လုပ်ငန်းရှင်စာရင်းတွင် ထည့်သွင်းအရေးယူသွားမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
