It's great how the MTA and NYS government forced congestion pricing to get more ppl on the subway, yet most of the main subway lines in or within Manhattan have large portions of their route out of service. Nice way to get rid of tourists. #MTAfail @MTA @GovKathyHochul

Huge fail by @MTA and @NYCT. Stations in the 1/2/3 lines are closed mysteriously due to a “power outage”. No announcement is made. No explanation. No assistance to MTA passengers. It was rush hour. #MTAFail #MTA #nycsubway @govkathyhochul

Great news for N/R riders! Midday rides are getting a big boost to 8 minute service starting this week! I fought hard in this year’s budget to improve service so jokes about the Never & Rarely can finally end. Thank you @MTA for implementing these changes so quickly.

I came across this expired MetroCard today, just after finishing @LellyK's Feminist City: Claiming Space in a Man-Made World. It's ridiculous that the @MTA would: 1. have this stance ~24 years after the Americans with Disabilities Act, & 2. ADVERTISE it as such. #ADAfail #MTAfail

@NYCTSubway An hour now, to go ONE stop on the A train due to ??? Mumbles the conductor is incomprehensible. Nice to know our tax dollars STILL not at work. Someone is openly sleeping in the floor of the train now. #MTAfail. This isn't even the first A-train fail like this today

A city w/o reliable mass transit isn't a livable city. 190th station closed for more than year; 181st closed on weekends; dreaded, delayed shuttle buses; broken elevator at 168. 25-min wait for A at Columbus Circle. No announcements. AND I STEPPED IN GUM. @MTA @NYCMayor #MTAfail
