Our iconic barrel roof was installed in the 1900's, and you may have seen some building work going on in that area recently. What once was our warehouse will soon become a food production kitchen, making delicious jams, dressings & chutneys.

One hundred years ago, the Sisters of Charity planted grapevines in the greenhouse at the front of the mill. Every year those grapes still bloom proudly above the planted flowers and Chef Kathleen's herb garden.
