They lie! Just like they lied about the law saying they can use signature gathering as a second chance primary. It never did! @LGHendersonUtah and @SpencerJCox created a counterfeit ballot when they put their names on the ballot! Then they put it in the mail!

DEVELOPING: The @DHSgov sent a letter to @CivilRights outlining violations of the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act by Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), a nonprofit organization that maintains voter rolls for 27 states including Utah.
⚖️ As others in Utah have pointed out, this arrangement with ERIC, tarnishes @LGHendersonUtah reputation as a champion of "VOTER PRIVACY" in her battle to withhold voter rolls from DOJ.
🧅 Here is yet another layer of her hypocrisy. While researching how she rigged the 2024 election. We learned that the company she hired to collect 28,000 signatures to illegally put her and @GovCox on the @UtahGOP primary ballot was Gathering Inc. owned by Tanner Letham.
🗳️ Remember when gubernatorial candidates @phil_lyman and @NatalieforUtah obtained the list of voters who signed the Cox/Henderson candidate petitions and 40% of the names were blacked out, designated as "PRIVATE VOTERS"?
📄 Whelp, in @UtahAG offense report AG24-170, it is reported that, "Tanner said he purchases a list of registered voters for the entire State of Utah from L2, who directly purchases that list from the State of Utah." FYI: this is the investigation that the AG denied existed but then was leaked by the Whistleblower.
🔁 In other words, Gathering Inc. had the entire list, including the "PRIVATE VOTERS".
🔂 So, if the Lt. Governor is telling DOJ (and candidates) that Utah law prohibits her from providing them a list that includes the 40% PRIVATE VOTERS. It follows that she is violation of state law by providing the entire list to the likes of ERIC and L2 Data.

Then she put it in the mail! #mailfraud The made up second chance primary is how she cheats because she can use mail in ballots.
