Here's NSW Greens MP @jennyleong in a No TERFs on our Turf t-shirt in Parliament for the debate of the dreadful Equality Legislation Amendment (LGBTIQA+) Act in 2023/4. TERF is a harmful & hateful slur on women yet she was able to wear this without being challenged by the Speaker or anyone in the Chamber or without anyone joining the dots about the hypocrisy when you know that the Bill included: "Crimes motivated by hatred/prejudice related to gender identity or variations of sex characteristics become aggravating factors in sentencing." Gender identity is embdeed in criminal law while women's sex-based rights no longer matter."
