Of course that overlooks the other great skippers who played there and lost, so let's not get too caught up there. I'm just excited for the weekend! #manageexpectations
Don't expect a full return on your investment in life.
Sometimes you'll only get back a fraction of what you put in.
Stay grounded and stay grateful.

Youth baseball is nuts...
There are parents of 6 year olds that expect their sons to:
✅ Never strike out
✅ Get on base every at bat
✅ Catch every ball thrown to them
✅ Make a good throw every time
BUT, the player can't even tie his own shoelaces!?! 🤔

1. The more you do for people, the less they appreciate it.

If you’re expecting nurses to bedside ‘care’ apparently you’re mistaken.
If you’re expecting the doctor to know what they’re prescribing, you’re mistaken
If you’re expecting a pharmacist to know what they’re dispensing. You’re mistaken

Random bad golf thought of the week: Limited warm up this morning & the 1st tee shot is really hard. Wish me luck! ⛳️ #manageexpectations

@LouStagner I get WHS but still find it hard to accept just feels so weird having such range of scores & (know they don't count) having 80s in there. In some ways standard scratch was easier to comprehend. Keep up gr8 work Lou, these posts really do help me, at least, #manageexpectations

@realGolfchat @tak6tak @BryanTweed16 A2: No change. Goals stay the same… Have fun, pick good targets, commit & hit good shots. Then good scores happen or they don’t. @LouStagner may have some thoughts on this one as well. #golfchat #manageexpectations
23 career professional wins & still, golf is so unpredictable. When he said “Sometimes expectations get in the way of professional golfers, I had none & just enjoyed myself,” somewhere @LouStagner & @practicalgolf smiled. 😉⛳️ #manageexpectations
"I said this morning walking to the first tee let's try and break 90. It just shows how silly this game can be."
@thomasbjorngolf's post round interview is a MUST watch 😂
