BREAKING: judge grants NEW TRIAL in #MarkCarver case based on ineffective counsel and new DNA evidence.

At 6:53 a.m., #MarkCarver was brought into the Gaston County Jail for what, he hopes, will be the last time ever. A judge will decide today whether the convicted murderer should go free, receive a new trial or remain in prison.
