Last week, I attended @GovernorShapiro's Executive Order signing to develop a 10-year Master Plan on Aging and Disabilities.
We didn’t waste any time getting to work. I was proud to join the strategic planning kick-off meeting that very same day.
Through restored funding for Adult Education programs, we can expand existing services in Pinole, promote inclusion and equity for seniors, and further the goals of our @CityofPinole’s Strategic Plan and California’s #MasterPlanOnAging. #CABudget

Today is World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. 1 in 10 elder Americans experience abuse, neglect or exploitation. Let's keep everyone safe as we age in California by ensuring a final #CABudget agreement boldly funds the #MasterPlanonAging.
