Vande Bharat train sets can be regularly run at a #Maximum_Permissible_Speed of #200_kmph, and at an #Average_Speed of #160_kmph upon EXISTING rail-track, with minor changes.
They will announce increase of #Maximum_Permissible_Speed to #160_kmph, but don't run trains at that speed.
#Average_Speed will be low as usual.

Kolkata Rajadhani Express takes THE SAME #Total_Journey_Time even today in year 2021 as was taken in year 1969.
Even after #Maximum_Permissible_Speed was increased to #130_kmph, no reduction of travel time.

Conduct inspection of Commissioner of Rail Safety whilst keeping track-geometry parameters with much difficulty.

It does not imply that vehicle cruises at "indicated maximum value of 1000 kmph regularly".
It is an imaginary value that indicates a MAXIMUM VALUE only, but NOT the regularly cruising value

A specific railway line may have #Maximum_Permissible_Speed of #130_kmph.
But, if trains run at LESS THAN #60_kmph, HOW passengers get benefitted with approved #Maximum_Permissible_Speed of that specific railway line?
