@RoofLesser @ZacharyObama NYC #MayorBloomberg had a rent subsidy program called #HousingAdvantage, where the subsidy was less each year, until it ended after the 5th year. That was to "encourage" the recipients to become "self-sufficient". Eventually, he just cut the program. https://t.co/R6RmExgIPK
