It's late in the day and I am tired BUT I am of the view that the Small JSC is "guilty" of procedural overreach. Simply put, they exceeded their powers. #Mbenenge JP has a brilliant legal team so I suspect that they shall in all probability apply for urgent, prohibitory, interdictory relief to stay the suggested Parliamentary processes pending a review in Part B, altruistic motives of the small JSC notwithstanding.
