Delhi High Court has granted bail to Abdul Subhan Qureshi. He is also known as "0sama Bin Iaden" of India.
Advocates Quasar Khan & Prashant Prakash representing Abdul, urged the court to grant bail.
HC said “Merely because the allegations against the appellant are serious in nature, cannot be taken as the sole ground for declining such relief"
