Vacancy update Cork City centre
Currently there are 15 empty retail units on Pana (St Patricks St)
In January 2024 there were 17 units empty there
Surely for longterm empty there should be #MeanwhileUse for community/creatives?

‘Meanwhile use’ is a catch-all title adopted in recent years to describe a diverse range of pop-up cafés, shops and temporary uses of empty property and land.
One of the best examples of this that I've experienced is the ReStart Mall in Christchurch, New Zealand.
