Doctor just tried to call ME psychiatric in the APPG debate and is promptly put down by Tessa Munt, it is not psychiatric at all.

@TheChronicColab @h_sharland I’ll read when the body battery allows, but I’m sure it highlights the non-event that the #MEDebate actually was. It was a virtual repeat of last time. There’s a need for a proper no holds barred debate setting dates for action, people held to account. A need for work not waffle.
It was more warm words but not a lot of action at the #MEDebate on 1 May for people living with #MEcfs.

Quite surreal waking up this morning to a feature on Yesterdays Parliament #MEdebate on @BBCRadio4 Extra (I usually put it on in the night to get back to sleep 😅😴). Quite a thorough mini report with full explanation & clips of various MPs speaking 👍 couldn't believe it! #pwME
@MEResearchUK They really did waste so much time that could have been put to better use. I wouldn’t even call it an #MEDebate. No real hard questions asked or any demands put on the Minister, allowing things to be shelved likely for another year with thoughts of an election ahead.
