We will continue to refocus the union’s attention back to the workplace. I will be personally involved in all of the unions disputes and will defend our members jobs, pay and conditions. I have already visited picket lines and stood with our members. #MembersFirst #MembersGS
Our Industrial Strategy has to be fully accountable and involve our reps, officers, organisers and staff in the planning. We must deliver an effective Industrial Strategy for the workplace, to fight for jobs and protect pay and conditions. #MembersGS
Through combines, our networks of reps will have accountable budgets for each sector. Resource will not be held at head office, resources and bargaining support will be injected directly into the workplace – where it is needed. #MembersGS
