Underline and Comm Trail advocates support Plan Z, and vice-versa. All benefit from the success of others. All boats rise with the tide. All will be part of the #MiamiLoop. Each is necessary.
All ingredients are in place. We have amazing, transformative plans like @PlanZforMiami.
We have investment and support of national groups like @railstotrails #MiamiLoop.
And now have an admin who espouses support for bikes. There is no better time to change course.
