After hearing an INCREDIBLE talk by @AsiaOrangio , I realized that even little micro SaaS apps like @displagent are NOT immune to the necessity of data-driven decision making, especially regarding pricing.
Yes, I have tons of features to build, some bugs to fix, still trying to balance my day job and this as a solopreneur, yes… it’s still overwhelming all the time as a solo dev.
But I want revenue growth NOW, so it’s time to up the game on in-app tracking, churned trial feedback, and more. Probably going to start aggressively re-engaging customers with low app usage stats and preemptively prevent churn.
Thanks for your 400 IQ talk @AsiaOrangio , I guess micro SaaS apps like mine need this as bad as Mailchimp does.
