Anyone know of an online tool that performs convolution of a PSF on an object (ex. bead dimensions)? Ideally input is objective lens info and input image, but specifying size of a bead would help. Thx!

- What are your favorite references for spectral imaging of 6+ antibody targets in fixed samples? The more protocol details the better, esp dye choice. Zeiss 880 w Ar laser, 633nm max ex.
- What are your experiences with CF dyes from Biotium?
#microscopytwitter - are there good brightfield contrasting techniques for when your condenser NA is limited (eg imaging 96- or 384-well plates?) I’m looking for a phase contrast replacement and will consider plain brightfield and fluorescence but wondering if there are others.
