US Regional Bank Stocks YTD: 1. NY Community Bank, $NYCB: -66% 2. Valley National Bank, $VLY: -26% 3. Metropolitan Bank, $MCB: -26% 4. HarborOne, $HONE: -18% 5. Zions Bank, $ZION: -15% 6. Western Alliance, $WAL: -13% 7. Comerica Bank, $CMA: -12% 8. Citizens Financial, $CFG: -6% 9. US Bank, $USB: -6% This comes after New York Community bank, which acquired the collapsed Signature Bank, cut their dividend by 70%. They also posted a quarterly LOSS of $260 million while a $250 million GAIN was expected. Then, NYCB announced a "material weakness in internal controls." Did regional banks ever really recover?

Many of the 191#s understood the hazard.
