In this direction, #MOBD has taken a very positive view and hence, decided as above. We need only such field-oriented officials especially at Apex level who are not just to sign on "dotted lines".
Good decision taken by #MOBD by allowing Station Masters to grant blocks for loop line maintainence by Track Machines. This would also ensure it's optimum utilisation and directly improving safety. Such reforms are needed early for quick implementation across zones/division.

Policy reform needed: Officials(Large numbers exist) posted in Delhi (Deputation/NR HQ/Rly Bd/Division/Spouse grounds) for >10 yrs cumulatively should be mandatorily transferred to other zones for 3–4 yrs. Also, Rly Bd posting must have a cap: max 5 yrs cumulatively as Dir/ExDir.
He would be remembered as an highly ineffective Member Operations & Business Development (#MOBD). His tenure was marked by incompetent decisions, unpopularity, and a lack of empathy, which significantly impacted the #morale & #motivation of field officers under his supervision..
