BREAKING: Explosive new documents have exposed a secret meeting organized by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) that involved several power players, including officials from Dominion Voting Systems and the FBI, to discuss the 2020 presidential election with private companies and Democratic groups.

On June 4, 2024, Palm Beach County Commissioner and Vice Mayor Maria Sachs silenced citizens attempting to petition their government for a redress of grievances.

Citizen Voltmer: My name is William Voltmer, My topic today is voting by non-citizens โ
Sachs: That is not part of our jurisdiction Iโm so sorry but I appreciate you coming forward today but that's not something that we can take in our public comment thank you anyway, sir.
Approximately 25 concerned citizens wishing to redress grievances were silenced by Maria Sachs.
Concerned citizens flooded the commissionerโs meeting to request the commissionโs support for a Grand Jury to review the violations of multiple election statutes.
Candidate Buongiorno sought to produce before the commission evidence of a national constitutional crisis.
Buongiorno said: โThe People of Florida are asking for proof of residency and [proof of] citizenship for each registered voter. We are only asking that our state and local officials follow the letter of the law, Fl. Statute 97.041. (1) (a) 2, 3 and 4: https://t.co/ACMKcnIhdi
We are also asking that our Civil and Constitutional rights are protected with rigor, Article 6, Section 2 of the Fl. State Constitution, quote:
โElectors.โOnly a citizen of the United States who is at least eighteen years of age and who is a permanent resident of the state, if registered as provided by law, shall be an elector of the county where registered.โ
Buongiorno continued:
โSince 2011, a total of 1,246,858 transactions have Passed through the Federal Voter verification database. The transactions represent first-time voter registrants WHO ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A FLORIDA-ISSUED DRIVERโS LICENSE OR FLORIDA-ISSUED PHOTO ID. We have reached out to various state and county officials requesting the verification process of such transactions. To date, the state is unable to provide a coherent response.โ

There is a high probability that the HAVV system is being manipulated by the federal government, in conjunction with non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
Florida Democrats vigorously lobbied to allow non-citizens to assist in registering new voters during the passage of the โResign to Run,โ โElection Integrityโ bill in May of 2023.

Despite their efforts, a prohibition against non-citizens assisting in registering new voters was included in the passage of Floridaโs โElection Integrityโ bill that took effect in 2023. Per Section 97.0575(1)(f), Florida Statutes (2023), third-party voter registration organizations must provide โan affirmation that each person collecting or handling voter registration applications on behalf of the third-party voter registration organization is a citizen of the United States of Americaโ and is subject to a fine of $50,000 โfor each such person who is not a citizen.โ

However, Floridaโs new statutory prohibition of non-citizens registering new voters was immediately challenged in federal court. Judge Walker, in a preliminary injunction, found the plaintiffs (UnidosUS and NAACP) were likely to succeed on the merits of their constitutional claim that the Florida statute violates Equal Protection:

According to Buongiorno, the ability for non-citizens to register new voters creates a serious threat surface.
When you couple this with the ability of a new voter registrant to produce only the last 4 digits of a SSN, we have the potential for โsynthetic identitiesโ to be injected into our voter registration system.
Furthermore, these synthetic, nameless, faceless, photo IDโless Identities are allowed to cast a ballot, WITHOUT EVER PRODUCING PHOTO ID. To add insult to injury, a โSynthetic Identityโ could potentially request up to three vote by mail ballots.
To sum up the impending constitutional crisis, Buongiorno said:
โThe voter registrations and ballots are the main ingredients of a certified election. If the main ingredients cannot be verified according to the letter of the law and constitution, an ELECTION IS SIMPLY not certifiable. The Rabbi doesnโt declare any food product to be Kosher without knowing that the processes and ingredients are up to code, the same applies with elections.โ
The remedy: Buongiorno suggests that the People of Palm Beach County must file an emergency injunction requesting proof of U.S. citizenship for every registered voter. If the state is unable to produce proof, the voter registration database must be purged, and all voters must re-register to vote according to the letter of the law, including citizenship verification and proof of residency.
If the 2020 election was the #MOSTSECURE election of all time, imagine how secure the prior elections were.
