I can say I officially got to get the first lift in at @PlanetFitness #MoundsView. Mounds View’s economy is booming with the addition of Planet & AutoZone and hopefully Cannabis.

All new multifamily development will be mandated 25% 30% ami with a 15 year tif. Every additional 3% of 30% ami get 1 more years of tif capped at 25 years. If taken advantage of that get us to 55%.30% ami.
Ban cooperate companies from buying mobile home communities and turning them into rentals. I want to retain that stock for affordable home ownership. We will require manufacturer home to be owner occupied. Same rent cap applies.
Allow detached ADU on single family hone lots ,being willing to allow 1 yaer lease just no Vrbo and Air bnb
A 5% rent cap in any mult family build 25 years or older. The can get cap lifted by adding 25% more density that meets the affordable mandate. For 25 years same tif rule applies.
Allow commercial to be rezoned multi-family.
Right now I have the votes to take this the distance if adopted this would be the boldest most forward thinking housing policy in the sate.

@soupformy_fam @larryn1966 No because #MoundsView is the crown jewel of the state. But if there were I'd like run or be on a statewide ticket or maybe CD4 if Betty retires at some point. I'd be open to Lt Gov this cycle if the stars aligned.
