Most athletes *think* they are working on #movementIQ, when in reality they are really just reinforcing POOR MOVEMENT PATTERNS that create a greater risk of injury and decreased on-field performance.

@BaseballMentors I would say the majority of athletes are NOT working on this like they think they are and I say this based on my own experience, observations, and consistent feedback from College + Pro coaches seeing the exact same thing.

If you haven’t seen what @flowsdoc is doing yet, go follow him. At the root, we both value “Movement IQ” in unique ways we haven’t seen elsewhere, so we each created our own. I believe it’s what’s currently lacking in current training models. @BaseballMentors #movementiq
