I hate that thing in movies where someone finally finds the person they’re trying to rescue, and instead of getting out immediately, they start kissing and talking like the kidnappers are not dangerous.

they will be auto-forgiven for all the crimes they did commit along the way.

But it literally does not matter what genre of film
I am watching,
the character(s) that don't understand the situation they're in are always the ones I hate the most.😠
They're also always the ones that will get others killed.
