🚨**London** - Knife Crime and Policing - Khans Regime The news highlighted earlier ‘Sadiq Khan doesn’t like being asked about knife crime’. Today’s attack in London is clear proof the man has no control over the capital. A 21% rise in the last year up to December 2023. Total knife crime recorded was 14,626 for the same period. That’s 40 a day! This is not an inherited problem, this has risen over the last eight years he has been Mayor. Today just clearly proves the man is not fit for office and MUST go in the vote this Thursday. I cannot understand the disconnect here? Let the police do policing. Give the Met the tools they need to conduct their tasks effectively. What I continually see is Khan blaming Government for lack of funds provided. This is not the case. He has also meddled in policing strategy condemning the Met for stop and search, claiming officers are singling out certain races. He is therefore turning policing into a racial issue when it is not. The statistics prove this. Why is he meddling? Because 62% of all knife crime comes from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds. A thirteen year old boy has died today. Two police officers and two civilians are also injured due to this heinous crime. I do not blame Khan directly for this although what I have laid out for you above is clear and categoric proof that he is not fit for office. His mismanagement and blame of the Met does have consequences though. His failure to lead, to tackle the problem has show he must go. To all Londoners, your vote matters. If you want safer streets and neighbourhoods, better policing and this crime wave to stop. Do yourselves and all of the UK a favour and do NOT vote for Sadiq Khan on Thursday. London, OUR capital clearly needs change from his failures.
