If the #BBC's function is to serve the best interests of all people, rather than provide a platform for power games, please would it start properly reporting this๐
and the dire need for constitutional reform enabling #MutualWellbeing #Politics

Not achieving the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals doesn't just mean we miss out on a better future, it also means we have an increased risk of a downward spiralling future for everyone, everywhere.
The alarms are ringing..

Maybe there is more support than #politicians realise for #WellbeingPolitics & #WellbeingEconomics based on the policies of sustainable #mutualwellbeing.
The detail of actual transformation, though, does matter, if we are not to end up with the same mess by another name...

Below๐is an insightful observation about the current state of humanity, which sadly mainstream cultures and politics will probably ignore, but you don't have to...

it seems that #fascism is a hint that large parts of humanity prefer to destroy their fellow humans(not seeing that it is actually selfdestructive!) instead of dealing w/ their suppressed emotions.

Very Interesting template by @zgilbertsonart for questioning oneself and thinking about one's lifestyle in terms of living within planetary boundaries and supporting social #mutualwellbeing, based on #doughnuteconomics.

It's time to do more than react to geo-political threats driven by power seeking ideologies and, acting together, to take the initiative, create a better world for all, drawing on the principles of #diversityrich #mutualwellbeing based on #openknowledge deliberation.
So this ๐
Overstatements and divisive presentations of information that are justified based on questionable (false?) logic might be considered by some to be a way for political parties to gain and hold power, but is it any way to advance #diversityrich #mutualwellbeing? ๐ค๐
#politics
We believe that the tone set in parliament has a huge impact on the nature of debate and on the respect given to different views. We cannot expect good laws to come from a broken system. Our country deserves better.

Is it too much to say that as long as we hold back from engaging in #deepquestioning, using #diversityrich #openknowledge #systemsthinking, we will never really understand ourselves and life, nor find #mutualwellbeing, and thus only experience very shallow happiness (if at all)?
#paradigmshift
thinking through implies that you are interested in truth. which implies that you have2have the courage to question your own views, too. chances are that when you think through different views ....

It doesn't matter what we call a system of #politics, what matters is how it operates.
BUT our #education & #culture(s) generally fail to engage us in #constitutionalpolitics & #politicalethics as psychologically fascinating & vital keys to everyone's #mutualwellbeing๐
"Perhaps itโs not about power changing people, but rather about the setting.A good system can create a virtuous circle of ethical power seekers.A bad system can create a vicious cycle of people willing to lie, cheat, and steal until they reach the top."
"Corruptible" Brian Klaas
In an #election campaign, one sign of how little we have progressed towards #mutualwellbeing #politics is the way each party presents selective knowledge to promote its ideology in a manner aimed to appeal to base instincts/emotions and divide people into 'them against us' groups
I don't worry that few people read my posts, but I do worry that there might not yet be enough people actively thinking about and acting to enable #regenerative #diversityrich #mutualwellbeing to turn us away from self-destruction and on to the path towards #qualityoflifeforall..
We can all do our bit and itโs good for us and nature #Mutualwellbeing grow some wonderful plants ๐๐๐

For everyone's benefit, it's time to put #diversityrich #mutualwellbeing into the heart of politics.
But where to start?
Here is a good place...

Are you involved in #socialchange but not yet thinking of using the power of #ComplimentaryCurrencies to advance your cause in #social_ecological change for #mutualwellbeing?
Then Chapter 6 alone of #BuildingTomorrow by @paddyleflufy should be of real interest to you...
Chapter 6 is on complementary currencies, which are ways of designing new types of money to solve specific economic problems. I use exemplars to describe the main types of complementary currencies & I show how they are designed and how they can be used. (7/8)
Isn't it time to move on from the culture of handling differences through verbal if not physical conflict, which is embedded in current #politics, and instead have more intelligent #diversityrich development discussions exploring opportunities for real #mutualwellbeing?
In my search for ideas to enable us to move towards #regenerative #mutualwellbeing I have come across this๐thread on books providing innovative food for thought by some writers you will know and some may be not...
With thanks to @paddyleflufy
Writers read, so hereโs a thread of my favourite books. Although I plan to include books that arenโt related to Building Tomorrow, the first three are books that were big #influences on my thinking and writing early on in the process of planning & writing Building Tomorrow.
I wonder how many people who work in #RealEstate recognise themselves as working in a #socio_ecological service sector?
Might such thinking help expand professional understanding of their impact on #Sustainability & #mutualwellbeing?
A relevant thought also for their clients?
The champions of the #future are not the "Goliath" economies but the "David" sized economies that dare to think #BeyondGDPgrowth and use the slingshot of #WellbeingEconomics to advance #mutualwellbeing.
Step by step the road to a wellbeing economy approaches its destination.
Thanks to @WEAll_Alliance, @Earth4All_, @DoughnutEcon, @ClubOfRome... and so many new institutions and people.

As we are encouraged to express feelings of seasonal #generosity, I find the writing of @DrDCWahl helps me to steer away from acts of narrow & shallow consumerism and instead to focus on more meaningful acts of #regenerative #mutualwellbeing
