We are hoping that our the rec re training will be implemented too. Compassion can be cultivated and amplified or inhibited (most often by fear) and blocked. The more controlled and fear based a system the less likely it is to foster cooperation, collaboration and compassions

💡If we truly want to rebuild trust in politics we need to end some of these 'historic traditions' which are really just hiding places for bullying behaviours that should have no place in a 21st Century Parliament and would certainly not be allowed in any other place of work.
