San Luis Potosí, Mexico – Shocking allegations have emerged that members of the State Civil Guard, and even Governor José Ricardo Gallardo Cardona himself, are working directly for the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG). In a recently leaked video, state police officers were caught by their own colleagues while transporting a kidnapped victim in an unmarked civilian van. One of the detained officers is heard saying: “They showed up saying they were in charge and that we had to obey, or there’d be problems.” Seconds later, the arresting officers can be heard yelling: “Hey! Those are your own colleagues, damn it! They’re your colleagues, you bastards!” This isn’t an isolated incident.
