What a paradox? Most incompetent, one is, more the chances to rise. Reason, clear focus. Whoever may be responsible, IPS cadre has to take responsibility for rot in law & order situation across Indian States. Still they manipulate to be bosses of BSF, CRPF, ITBP & many more.

Every CAPF cadre officer has conducted these operations in younger days. IPS cadre don't have ground level experience in ops, joining beyond the level of unit

Tenure based leadership from IPS needs a review.

Sir, but unfortunately the liability of implementation is given to IPS chiefs of CAPFs who fought in court against OGAS status and NFFU to CAPFs . Please issue clear directions to frame new service rules as per DoPT norms to avoid manipulation of your orders.@DrJitendraSingh
