So this is something I've been trying to convince my publisher to do. I've been trying to convince them to let me create a custom GPT that allows me to upload my book and allow readers to talk to the book. My book is filled with worksheets, tools, and scripts, and 9/10 times you will forget what you need immediately before a meeting or before a stressful time. I think it's such a fantastic value add. Unfortunately, a lot of publishers are averse to this, not because they don't think it's a good idea to reach out to audiences, but because most large publishers right now are going through a massive, massive class action lawsuit against a large AI co, basically accusing them of using their works without permission. A lot of publishers, especially traditional publishers, are unfortunately unable to offer this as an add-on yet.
