In 1962 Tour when #Nari_Contractor the #Indian_Captain was felled by a vicious bouncer from #Charlie_Griffith. Contractor needed immediate operation #Frank_Worrel provided the blood.#Worrel was Great both on and of the #Pitch.

@PaulAtk52540619 @allanholloway @10yearbusiness1 In that series #Nari_Contractor as a Skipper of #Indian_Team was felled by #Charlie_Griffith Nasty bouncer. Nari skull got fractured and his life was #Saved_ due to the immediate operation.Frank Worrel the Captain of the #West_Indies team donated blood to #Contractor.

@danredford70 @BishanBedi The Great #Frank_Worrell was also great of the field. In 1962 tour to #West_Indies when the Indian Captain #Nari_Contractor was felled by Charlie Griffith bouncer, Worrell was the first to donate his blood when Contractor was fighting for his life
