MRI of 6 years old boy with lethargy and altered mentation. Recent MMR vaccine which triggered ADEM disease. Treated with IV methylprednisolone for 5 days then 2 weeks PO taper . Rare: 0.3-0.6 in 100,000. 2nd line: plasmapheresis, IVIG 3rd line: Rituximab #neurocase #neurotip
