@British_Airways London airport premium economy to Delhi BA143 Travelling with spouse and 3 year old kid. Total baggage limit 6 bags 23 kg I travelled with 4 bags one bag 28 kg The front desk instead of being a bit helpful she asked to repack or pay.Had to pay £77 #NeverAgainBA

Would like to thank @British_Airways for such an awful experience… a 6 hour flight to Doha turns into nearly 15hr. Never have I had such poor customer care. #neveragainba looking forward to my £520 money back claim

@British_Airways absolutely shocking experience on BA 509 from Faro. 3 hours delayed. Bussed to terminal from remote stand. Dropped miles from passport control even so. Club Europe bags off last #neveragainBA

I travel regularly from Paris to London with @Eurostar . I decided to try flying from orly to city with @British_Airways. Last week, I was late:departure + return. Today, my plane is delayed at least by 1 hour but we don’t have any information #BA8752. #neveragainBA #badservice
