Travelling with spouse and 3 year old kid.
Total baggage limit 6 bags 23 kg
I travelled with 4 bags one bag 28 kg
The front desk instead of being a bit helpful she asked to repack or pay.Had to pay £77

@British_Airways The disappointing aspect is no customer value.
When I got 6 bags allowance 23 kg each
How can 4 bags with one bag over by 4-5 kg cause an issue.?
Is the bag going on separate plane .?
You are simply being distasteful towards people travel.
