This is a move from protest to progress, ushering in the Next Level Bar! Every #advocate has a reason why they joined this profession. For some, it was to fight for justice, some to be a voice for the voiceless and for others, simply to make their families proud. But along the way, many of us have felt the weight of broken systems, low pay, and fading purpose. The Radical New Bar (RNB) was our response to that frustration. It awakened us. It reminded us of the courage and boldness that define our profession. Yet, awakening is not enough. Protest alone cannot sustain us. If all we do is struggle, we risk being trapped in a cycle of frustration. Let’s not see our challenges as just complaints. They are reminders of who we are meant to be as #advocates. Every solution we embrace is an opportunity to reclaim the story of our profession. We must; 📌Move beyond seeking better welfare to truly restoring dignity 📌Go beyond demanding accountability to fully rebuilding trust 📌Shift from calls for collaboration to genuinely strengthening unity We owe it to ourselves and to the next #generation of advocates to build structures that last, not just movements that protest. The awakening of the RNB was necessary, but the building of the Next Level Bar is essential. As advocates dedicated to this profession, haven't we protested enough? Every #advocate has a reason why they joined this profession.
