@JGWellnessDesgn @DanFerber @davincidiva After #AB5 was signed my work totally dried up. I've been a #freelance video editor for 4 decades. Being over 65 I applied for dozens of editing staff jobs. No one hires over 65, let alone over 50 in most places. Short term freelance gigs are all I can get.
@DanFerber @davincidiva Some freelancers are less unemployable. Older folks would not get jobs. Those w/ health issues or caregiving responsibilities that keep them from working regular schedules would not get jobs. LGBTQ & those w/ disabilities would have a harder time getting jobs. #NOonPROAct
