@VerizonNews @Verizon This is getting ridiculous. I’ve been without service almost 8 hours. I can finally get on my WiFi because I just got home. Only to miss 30 text messages from my sisters to find out that my father was taken to the Hospital. #notexceptable

And to prove my point, waited 2 hours and still didn't get through yet, but they expect you to respond immediately. @britishgas priority service means nothing 7 months, and they still haven't fulfilled any of the promises they've made #britishgas #brokenpromises #notexceptable
