There are many residents with IDD who just “don’t count.” They are ineligible for DDS waiver services b/c they have an assessed IQ >70 and they therefore “don’t count” in DC metrics. They are - my friends - DC’s DDS silent waiting list. #NotJustIQ #DDequityDC @DcWhalen @DDinWDC
