A brake failure incident involving a Mack truck carrying granite stones that crashed into the median at Onipan inward Fadeyi.
Fortunately, there are no reported casualties. Officers are currently managing traffic, and a towing van has been dispatched for evacuation.
The incident has caused a backlog, which is currently around Palm Grove, and evacuation efforts are still ongoing.
