MoF vide its OM dt 31-05-2021 sought option from its officials for OPS in case of death in service or discharge due to invalidation in terms of Rules 10 of CCS( implementation of NPS) Rules 2021. But PSB still waiting for the same despite understanding as per 9th BPS/6th Jt Note.
