But evaluation is far more difficult than setting questions. Evaluation requires: • Deep subject understanding • Patience • Analytical judgment • Step marking accuracy • Experience with Class 12 standards And now the same system expects teachers to accurately evaluate blurred scanned copies on screen under pressure and deadlines. OSM itself is not the enemy. The real issue is implementing such a high-stakes digital system without enough expert evaluators, proper training, and strong quality control.
