Right, paper work complete for Mayoral race #NiagaraFalls. Will file Friday. Three conflicts of interest I need to address now. 1 - The #OSTarget program I've been working on was accepted by the Innovation Hub, Niagara Falls for a grant. I really need this so can't withdraw a the moment. However, it would appear there are some municipal funding inconsistencies. If elected I would immediately withdraw from the program citing a conflict of interest. 2 - Again, #OSTarget, I applied for the Small Business Start up grant. this is decided on by official from the City. But the funding comes from the Province. However, I would still deem this a conflict, and again would withdraw citing a conflict. 3 - This is one I genuinely don't know how to resolve. I am currently investigating allegations involving members of @NiagRegPolice relating to the trafficking of women for the purpose of sexual exploitation. If I were elected, that would create an obvious conflict of interest. I could not, and should not, be involved in any municipal decision that could affect such an investigation. The question is: who would I lawfully and appropriately hand the investigation to, and how do I completely remove myself while ensuring its integrity is protected? For example: if I handed over to the OPP for investigation, there is no way I can monitor that investigation. I'm at a bit of a loss here.

I am eligible for zero grants for #OSTarget, but if successful I am still eligible to pay taxes. Why the fuck do property developers not carry the same risk? @MarkJCarney

I need more than a few grand to get #OSTarget up and running. A US company has authorised me for credit with their service that should see me through three years of operations. I also searched Canadian small business grants and would be eligible for 13 … … if I were black. In Canada, being black is not an ongoing barrier to education, business financing, or employment. (That would be poverty) So, I ask respectfully … do you believe race specific grants are fair? #onpoli #cdnpoli

Still struggling with #SignalTrace, scraping a pain and everyone wants cash. #OSTarget is now up and running and in Beta. A fully operational, time/date stamped, electronic notebook, that allows Private Investigators, Skip Tracers etc to collate data into one app for investigative purpose. 'Targets' can then be printed out as one final PDF report to submit to clients or even the court.
