🔥 OPEYEMI LONGE — “AUTHORITY” My 2nd Leading Light for today… and this one is pure fire. Triple. First. Class. From the quiet hills of Akungba-Akoko he became the first student in the entire history of Adekunle Ajasin University Faculty of Law to graduate with First Class. Then he walked into Nigerian Law School, faced over 5,800 candidates, and took the Overall Best Graduating Student crown — one of only a handful of First Classes nationwide — walking away with almost every major prize. Double First Class already. Oxford called. Balliol College. BCL. Distinction in every single module. Winter Williams Prize for the best student in International Economic Law. Third First Class. Triple First Class. No noise. No theatrics. Just relentless excellence. Today he sits in White & Case’s International Arbitration group in London — dual-qualified, FCIArb — handling multi-billion-dollar energy, construction and sovereign disputes under ICC and LCIA rules. From red soil to global stage. Cool head on young shoulders. Super modest. Super graceful. The kind of man peers still call “AUTHORITY” years later because results never needed a loudspeaker. Native wisdom. Scholar par excellence. Thought leader. Starlight. Joy of Akungba. Living legend. We give him every flower. We throw the entire book. No holding back. This is what excellence looks like when it stays humble. This is the standard. Opeyemi Longe. Triple First Class. Authority. We see you. We honour you. Keep shining✨💫 #LeadingLight #Authority #TripleFirstClass #JoyOfAkungba
