Una volta la nonna mi aveva dato consiglio:
Nei periodi difficili, vai avanti a piccoli passi. Fai ciò che devi fare, ma poco alla volta. Non pensare al futuro, nemmeno a quello che potrebbe accadere domani. Lava i piatti. Togli la polvere. Scrivi una lettera. Fai una minestra.
Vedi?
Stai andando avanti passo dopo passo. Fai un passo e fermati. Riposati. Fatti i complimenti. Fai un altro passo. Poi un altro.
Non te ne accorgerai, ma i tuoi passi diventeranno sempre più grandi.
E verrà il tempo in cui potrai pensare al futuro senza piangere.

In a field near Wicken, Cambridgeshire larkspur is grown for London florists along with cornflowers & Nigella. It’s quite a sight just now-some floral dopamine for you 🌿:
Good morning. The perennial phlox is starting to flower. I rather ignore it, but when it does flower, I’m always pleasantly surprised and happy that it’s got through another winter!
Have a lovely day. ☔️☀️☔️
Water brings a garden to life.
You don’t need a large pond or elaborate fountain even a small water feature can make a remarkable difference. The gentle sound of moving water adds a sense of calm, attracts birds and pollinators, and creates a focal point that draws the eye.
The end of the day and a little gift to myself. I wish you could smell the sweet peas, they are so lovely.
Feeling grateful for all that my garden provides. 💚
A narcissist will only “love” you as long as you make them feel good about themselves. Start calling them on their bullshit and watch how quickly you go from soulmate to disposable.
@Ryan_Daigler This must be the explanation... Hard to accept at first that a sibling can be so hard-hearted. It was a hard lesson Ryan... I was too naive
