Day 2 – Obesity Control Research 🧘♂️🍎💨
Morning started with a refreshing Yoga Session (Surya Namaskar, Om Chanting & Shanti Path).
Post-yoga, patients were served a healthy Fruit Salad Breakfast 🍓🍏

“सर, नाश्ता काय करायचा नेमका?”
हा प्रश्न २५ वर्षांपासून अनेकदा ऐकतोय…
आणि उत्तर नेहमी एकसारखे नसते कारण सगळ्यांचं शरीर वेगळं, काम वेगळं, गरज वेगळी!
चला मग नाश्त्याचं ‘Prescription’ ठरवूया तुमच्या Lifestyle वरून:
1. Office / Laptop 💼 वर 8-10 तास बसणारे (Sedentary workers):
→ पचनशक्ती राखणारा + उर्जादायक पण कमी कॅलरी नाश्ता
✅ उदाहरण: मूग डाळ उपमा, थालीपीठ + दही, चणाडाळ पोहे
☕ चहा चालेल, पण सकाळी कोमट पाणी आधी हवा
2. कारखाना / बांधकाम / Field Workers (Physical labor 🔧 ):
→ भरपूर ताकद देणारा पण साखर/फॅट्स नीट राखणारा
✅ उदाहरण: उकडलेले अंडे + 2 चपात्या, मिसळ + ताक, मूग उसळ + भात
🥚 नॉनव्हेज पर्याय: अंडा भुर्जी + भाकरी किंवा chicken stew + भात
3. Diabetic 🧘♀️ रुग्णांसाठी:
→ Glycemic index कमी ठेवणं महत्त्वाचं
✅ उदाहरण: कडधान्य डोसा, ओट्स + नट्स + दही, भाज्यांची खिचडी
🚫 सफेद ब्रेड, शुगर cereals, packaged juices टाळा
4. Cardiac Patients ❤️/ BP / Cholesterol जास्त:
→ फॅट्स कमी, फायबर जास्त, पचायला हलकं
✅ उदाहरण: ओट्स पोहे, फळं + दही, भिजवलेले बदाम + उपमा
🫀 Scientific Tip: Soluble fiber ब्रेकफास्ट मधून घ्या LDL कमी करतं
5. Obesity / वजन कमी करायचं आहे?:
→ नाश्ता चुकवू नका, पण portions नीट ठरवा
✅ उदाहरण: मिक्स sprouts salad, उकडलेले अंडे + सूप, ओट्स थालीपीठ
💡 Add: 10 मिनिटं चालणं नंतर fat burn वाढतो
6. Healthy Normal 🧘♂️ व्यक्ती prevention हाच उपचार:
→ सेंद्रिय, कमी प्रक्रियायुक्त, घरचं अन्न
✅ उदाहरण: शिरा नको – पण उपमा चालेल; ब्रेड बटर नको – पण चपाती रोल चालेल
🥛 दूध चालेल पण पचत असेल तरच; फळं + नट्स ही सोप्पी जोडी!
7 Intermittent Fasting ⏰ करणाऱ्यांसाठी (IF 16:8):
→ नाश्ता सकाळी 11–12 च्या सुमारास पहिला meal म्हणून घ्या
✅ उदाहरण: उकडलेले अंडे + भिजवलेले बदाम, मूग डाळ उसळ, ओट्स + दही
💡 IF करताना भरपूर पाणी + इलेक्ट्रोलाईट्स महत्त्वाचे
🚫 चहा/कॉफी फक्त unsweetened; साखर/दूध टाळा fasting window मध्ये
📅 नाश्त्याचा योग्य वेळ कोणता?
•सर्वसामान्य व्यक्तींसाठी: उठल्यावर 1–1.5 तासात (सकाळी 7:30–8:30)
•IF करणाऱ्यांसाठी: पहिलं जेवण 11–12 वाजता
•महत्त्वाचं: नाश्ता चुकवू नका, तो तुमचं Metabolism चालू करतो.
नाश्ता = शरीराला पहिली मदत
तो पोट भरायला नको, चालायला, विचार करायला आणि आजार टाळायला हवा!
