Stood at the call up line in the 400m at Monkton, turned to the lass on my left "How old are you?" "16" Yup, "Yes, I'm not old enough to be your Mother, I'm old enough to be your Grandmother". Bipped round just over 6 minute/mile pace, finished miles behind #OldRunnerProblems
