#OneCallInsurance... what a joke. It took 2 hours, and despite the initial phone handler being lovely, the actual business of getting my car to a garage to be assessed and repaired is a nightmare. It's now sat on my drive. @RoyalAutomobile RAC recovery, you were fab. Thank you

#onecallinsurance Do not use this company for your car insurance- you pay 1 price then they decide to increase it by £200 without any contact !!! One call !!! Apparently the don’t even have telephones to make a call - disgusting service

Been trying for 3 days to report a claim but the queue & wait times are ridiculous! “We value you as a customer’ - err, only when you want my money!! #onecallinsurance, I pay for a platinum service and Gold breakdown with this company and no one will help me with my broken down vehicle. Avoid if possible you will not get the service you pay for. Tried to complain and have been ignored.

Anyone had a bad experience with #onecallinsurance? They lie,try to charge twice for cancellation and are extremely rude! Now waiting on phone for eternity! Don’t use them! #idiots #thieves
