An actual extended special preview showing new visuals? Probably episode 972.
The Wano climax ones were just a recap video of the old moments of every fight, so they're not the same.
Back to #OnePiece972, if you compare this extended trailer to the original preview (end of 971) then it is night and day lol.
Some other episodes get hyped on the Shounen magazines and so on, for example: Episode 1013.
@newworldartur When was the last time a singular episode got a trailer? (Not including 1071/G5 that is)
Left is "One Pace" - Right is the Original.
Once again, the One Pace team massacred another well received episode, this time being #OnePiece972 which adapted the outrageous off-screened (pretty much) Oden vs Kaido fight, which was a popular debate when the chapter dropped, because Oda was just skipping stuff that "we" wanted to see (legendary fights) over & over again. Obviously the "theory heads" were okay with this 🤪
At the time, this was considered "top 5" episodes of the series, because of its animation & added content, but in One Pace's version, the Akazaya are pretty much AFK, because even during their version of episode 971, they cut the individual "1 vs all" sequences that the Director Koyama added for each member.
Sure, these sequences were a mix of stiff/sakuga, but then even removing Denjiro vs King or even Kawamatsu killing some fodder during 972 is just laughable lol.
The way they fked up the structure of the episode is sickening. I do have to say that they "kinda" fixed my issue with the ep, which was the ending being dragged, but they also cut some small good looking moments just for the sake of it, but not a big deal. It's obvious which parts are supposed to be cut, but these editors be like "hehe, we can cut this too!, the shorter the better 🤪".

Did the One Pace team massacre #OnePiece1100 for absolutely no reason lol? Again, their project, they can do whatever they want, it's their time after all, but it is kinda funny how they literally go out of their way to pretty much "dismember" a 10/10 episode like 1100.
I understand that fans wanted better pacing since forever, but they also wanted good animation & choreography and they're pretty removing those for no reason, because even if they want to go 1:1 with the Manga, they can't, because of the episode structure.
"The definite version" ; proceeds to make a worse version than the original. The way they destroyed Vincent sequences is criminal lmao!
Anyway, if they can talk $hit about the original, then i can talk $hit about their stuff. They probably did amazing with 1099 ; an episode that needed to be cut, cause of its padding.
#OnePiece1101 they cut the Lucci vs Luffy Shida sequence & when Lucci is about to attack Sentomaru, Luffy randomly appears flying to stop him ; whoever edited that episode didn't give an f about the structure of it, because Luffy was literally in front of Sentomaru's body a few seconds ago, cause he makes the typical "eyes out" reaction lol.
The One Pace editors mutilated Oden vs Kaido... From almost 8 minutes (original) to almost not even hitting 2 minutes.
They did Kojima & Tu mad dirty lmao.

NOOOOOOOOON
