If you can’t see an officer in hi viz with a speed gun pointing at you, it’s unlikely you’d see the vulnerable person or a child at the bus stop. 58mph in a 40 limit - 1 ticket issued £100 and 3 points. An MOT significantly out of date £100. #opCedar
