Countries like Mozambique did it. Let the debt register be opened and auditing be done on each debt one by one.
Example; 1.5B for Kisii Cancer Center from Saudi Arabia. We check if such a facility was built. If it doesn't exist, we don't pay. Since the debt was not approved by the Parliament and it never went through the Consolidated Fund, then taxpayers revenue cannot be used to pay such a debt. Let the lender and the borrower negotiate on how to pay it, cause why should we pay what someone borrowed to service his lavish lifestyle?
Then we move to the next. One by one. There's no way taxpayers have paid Ksh 10.2T and still being told that the public debt is Ksh 12.3T. What was that money used for cause the country still looks like shit. Look at hospitals, schools, roads, water resources, social amenities. Nothing.
We cannot be servicing the lavish lifestyles of crooks.
A nation that allows looters to retire in peace is a nation that enslaves future generations.

Herman Manyora on the loans being taken by the government and who will pay them.
"Sasa loan ndio zinachukuliwa sasa, money has been set aside from the consolidated funds for loans, it's not the principal, those are just interests. Mambo bado."- @HManyora

The business community must start collecting funds to finance civic education across the country so that every single Kenyan is well versed with the Constitution and that they understand the reason why all currently elected politicians go home & they are impressed upon to vote for the right leaders. Because if they don’t do this, their businesses will be the first casualties come 2028.

The issue of Kenya's public debt is one that needs to be handled as a matter of great urgency. (A trigger point that also allows for CLASS SUICIDE and Unity of Purpose)
Why?
When @WilliamsRuto was campaigning, he promised Kenyans that he would not borrow like his predecessors, a government he was part of as DP.
Kenyans, do we know what happens to nations that are unable to meet their obligations to their creditors?
Sovereign immunity historically protected most state assets, but since the 1990s–2000s many countries waived immunity in bond contracts.
Creditors now routinely target:
- Central bank reserves held abroad.
- State-owned company assets (ships, planes, oil cargoes).
- Payments routed through Euroclear/Clearstream.
- Embassy bank accounts (if used for commercial purposes).
In Africa, several countries have felt the weight of this;
1. DRC - 2010s–2020s: Creditors (including FG Hemisphere and other vulture funds) seized Congolese assets abroad, including:Mining royalties owed to state-owned Gécamines.
Presidential aircraft in 2016 (briefly seized in Belgium).
2. Liberia - Two hedge funds won court judgments in London and seized Liberian maritime registry fees (paid into UK bank accounts).
3. Zambia - 2023: Creditors attempted to seize Zambia’s copper mining assets abroad and central bank accounts, though most attempts have been blocked so far by sovereign immunity defenses.
If we are not careful,
We are next on the list. However, what collateral will we have if @WilliamsRuto is already selling our profitable state owned companies to our neighbors?
We have borrowed 4T in 3 years, which broken down is about 3.5B daily.
What projects have been completed since this govt took over if not killing, disappearing and maiming young Kenyans?
Where has this 4T gone to?
Remember 1.7T cannot be traced from the consolidated fund.
Therefore,
It is our civic duty to demand accountability from those we have donated our power to.
Let us remember that Sovereign Power Belongs to THE PEOPLE ‼️
We the PEOPLE demand for an auditing of our public debt and accountability for the money borrowed in Kenya's name.
Failure to which we declare that we shall not allow for another finance bill to be read and passed if we don't understand our current debt situation ‼️
